Top that with the fact Core Inflation does not measure price changes to Food & Energy, calling them too volatile to be measured. Hmm.After intense pressure, White House has succeeded in getting rate cuts from Federal Reserve.
Usually, when inflation is rising, Federal Reserve does not cut rates, instead, it typically raises rates to cool down the economy and slow inflation. Higher interest rates increase borrowing costs, which lowers consumer spending & business investment, reducing demand and easing inflationary pressures.Florida, Texas, Utah recognize Gold as legal tender, allowing it to be used as currency.
